Random ban for 4 months

I just got banned for 4 months, checked my email and it said "Actions that have been performed on your account are in violation of the League of Legends Terms of Use. You can review these terms at http://www.leagueoflegends.com/legal/termsofuse

I have never been chat banned, I have never been banned of any sorts. Any info/tips are appreciated.

There's no such thing as a 4 month ban. They only have 14 day and permanent bans. What exactly did your email say? There may be a 'ban code' after the date which may give some insight to what the ban was for. Other than that, you will need to submit a ticket to request more information.
