League Of Legends and it's broken tribunal.

So below is my statement and some idea's I had my main concern being hot it's complete bs that riot will perma ban a player for calling another player a toxic troll or even feeding trash but from what i have read it can take 3-6 months on average for riot to perma ban someone intent trolling a team ie refusing to team fight/participate intent abandoning lane early to roam and farm jungle and throw towers for tahm kench players eat other teammates and spit them into the enemy to die basicly toxic buttholes who break the very founding rule of this game. Teamwork. Yet they choose to be toxic and choose to troll and riot basically does nothing say something about it though and riot punishes you for it. Like how is calling someone who fits the actual definition of a troll a troll ban able but trolling which goes against everything this game stands for is perfectly ok? => my post to riot. so let me get this straight i report and block people for a reason and not only do they not get penalized but they verbally herass me intentionally feed the enemy team kills refuse to team fight with me or help me {half of them even say in chat that they refuse to use teamwork with me or help me} farm jungle and throw towers no contest use racist and homophobic slander against me and i get banned form all chat and reward restrictions all year because i stick up for myself on occasion and state actual logical facts based on the other players behavior and words they say but i get punished for defending myself or stating obvious facts and they dont even get punished? And more importantly why have you NOT made a program that makes it so your not FORCED to play with teammates who you have reported and blocked for a reason i.e. racism/homophobic slander/toxic verb abuse/assisting enemy team/refusing to aid teammates/trolling ect. Is it not obvious i report and block these people for a reason?!@? I literally never want to play with them again and yet not only do i get forced to play with them again but they are almost always on my team and never get punished for any of it.... it's bs it's why i stopped playing this game for a while in the 5 years i have been involved with this game and reported and blocked probably over 2,000 players you have taken action against 7 of them. yet i say nothing racist homophobic i die like an obscene amount of times trying to help my team and say facts based on how players play and what they say but instant punishment to me for sht thats not even against the summoners code.......... with 2 exceptions. so really ban hammer me for 2 actual offenses but do nothing to the people who if you even actually read the chat and think of the meaning behind my words you can tell they are blatantly trolling the crap out of me without a doubt. How about at some point in time actually punish the people starting the problems and toxicity and trolling instead of the people like me on the receiving end. I doubt I'm going to get a none stereotypical response saying "well if you adjust ur behavior and try to work better as a team //even though there the ones refuse to use teamwork and trolling// and mute them if there toxic then ur matches will go better, be a part of the solution not the problem" well stop forcing me to be on teams multiple times with toxic trolls who i report and block and i would personally swear that id never get a legit report filed against me the rest of the however many years i decide to waste time on this at the moment toxic community. Fell free to respond. And make that program i suggested.
