I have just recently played a game that has made me want to quit League of Legends for good.

Hello Anyone, I have just recently played a game that has made me want to just quit league of legends. I had a player in my game, a viktor, who didn't do so hot mid lane. At first I wasn't really effected by it and I was just going to go on like a regular game. But then this person starts to just flame me for "not ganking." When he started flaming me it was too late for me to gank or I would have just been feeding harder. So I told him that he was feeding and that he should sit under tower and farm and that Azir's minions die quicker under tower. After I tell him this I offer blue so he can spam his E more for wave clear. He proceeds to tell me that I am a "fucking retard" because I offered to give him blue instead of ganked him. He didn't come get the blue and died to Azir instead. Later in to the game this kid keeps flaming me and I keep telling him that he fed and that I couldn't gank because the Azir was so fed and that I was in other lanes doing work. He continues to flame me calling me a "fucking retard" about 6 or 7 times. At this point I started to regret not muting him and I was so tilted that I could hardly play correctly. He then asks what my rank is. I told him I was Gold 3. He laughs at me and says he is Plat 5. I then wonder what a Plat 5 was doing in my game. I then started to understand that he was probably tilted previously and his mmr suffered because of it. After the game he starts to flame me in the exit lobby at which point an enemy player says that he played with the viktor last game and that he didn't do that bad. So I told him that the viktor was very toxic at me even though he was feeding me. After I was done with that mess I played another game. I got chat restricted.... Seriously Riot. I am a passionate player. I have put so many hours into this game. And some kid in game can call me a "fucking retard" several times and I get chat restricted for it. Can anyone please explain to me what the hell is going on here. Do they even look at the chat logs??? This person's mmr is 130 lower than the average Plat 5's. My mmr is 30 higher than his. So he was clearly tilted or not playing well or something. However, I did not start any of this. He started flaming me after feeding and then I put all the pieces together after he told me his rank.
