This actual makes no sense Riot at all

You're honestly telling me that I get perma'd for saying this. I even reported the Garen in my game 2 that ruined the experience for me and even had a chat with Riot Gunny about this crap. Not one toxic comment the entire game and I'm permabanned straight from a 25 game chat restriction.
