HELP! My league account was hacked then permabanned

So a pretty long time ago my friend sent me one of those "free skin" links. Then he convinced me that this was legit and was from riot. So i clicked on the link typed in my username and password, then when nothing happened i realized i was screwed. I was going to change my password but i forgot the password of the email that i used for my league account. Then recently i woke up got on my computer to play some league it said that my account was permanently suspended. I wondered what I did as i haven't played that much recently. I checked my match history and saw 2 bot games i didn't play. Please if you are reading this Riot unban me and assist me on changing my password. Also you can see the bot games are suspicious because my rank is gold 5 and i was feeding in one of the bot games and also I never play bot games.
