Help?

Hey everyone. I recently played a game and was queued up with a 4 pre made team. It started off fine in pick and ban phase no fighting for roles. We gave first blood no problem but after a while they start to spam ping. I asked several times to stop and got some rude response of being salty so I muted them. After the match I get a 4 man report and chat ban. I don't know what to do about this. Can anyone help??

No one on the forums can. That's for sure.

I'd say send in a ticket to Riot support. But people that post here don't have a lot of faith in that course of action. Still, if you want this looked in to, that's what you need to do.
