If you want to have your account banned, you can contact Riot support and they can ban your account. The language here appears deliberately toxic in order to get banned, so please, just file a support ticket and ask them to ban your account if that is your intent.

Yeah, I don't think this one will be overturned. If this was permanent, you had your 14-day ban, you were warned that your next punishment would be a permanent ban, and you chose to use racial slurs and harass your team. If this was a 14-day, then consider yourself lucky, and know that your next punishment will be a permanent ban.
