League is infuriating, the report system doesn't seem to do anything, getting tilted leads to a ban. I've been trying really hard to not be toxic, but a Lux called me the n word repeatedly, I got frustrated I feel rightfully so, and got permabanned.
Regardless of the message body. Title, yes. Extremely.

It's almost like "He Who Must Not Be Named", if you say it the world will collapse, wizards will die, mudblood will fill the rivers and everything we hold dear vanishes. Because somebody said THE WORD. THE WORD which killed thousands of people and made countless people permanently damaged. THE WORD which destroyed whole countries and erased cultures.
Your frustration is rightful, sadly if you voiced your frustration in the chat, thats also against the rules and you get a punishment for it. Next time when somebody writes the FORBIDDEN TEXT, you should just keep playing, mute them, and report them on the post game screen. They will surely get punished for their ungodly sin.
That just proves that you have been ban worthy more than Lux.
I agree that the report system seems to not be effective, but if you got banned for being toxic back, that shows that the report system DOES punish players.
Also as a side note, you don't get perma'd for toxic or even racism unless you are a super repeat offender. In your example, you should mute Lux and then report after game. She would get a chat ban for sure even if it was her first offense, and worse if it was a repeat offense.
