I believe I have been wrongly banned

So i was playing a game as braum with a few friends of mine. When we finished the game, the league client was nowhere to be seen on my screen, it was like it dissipated or shut down on its own. I get an email on my phone with the headline "regarding your league account", and i thought it was about my alt account, so i open it and get this message "Hello Summoner,

Your account: nonstickcookingspray was banned due to the use of malicious 3rd party programs or modifications to your League of Legends client. We believe that all players should play on equal footing in an effort to promote competitive sportsmanship. You should be aware that modifying your League of Legends client is against the terms of use: link here. We hope that you can see that it is unsatisfying to play against other players who are using a tool to gain an advantage over others.

What I don't understand is that the only 3rd party program i use is LVOC, and a rioter already said changing the voice overs is not a bannable offence. I've gone to the support page several times and it won't give me options to dispute the ban, or if it is possible. I feel i have been wrongly banned and would wish to have some possibility to repeal my ban, or if it is an option.

No rioter would say its not bannable. They would say currently allowed and could change their views (as a company at any point.

Don't know what to say. You don't own the client, so you are not allowed to change or modify the client. It is also against the law. If you want a good exemple of it, well then, here it is. Imagine that, someone think that website suck. So, he want to modify it on his or her own good way. Suddenly, the programmers who are in charge of that site notice that you have changed some scripts. These guys will not hesitate to take you in justice and demand a certain amount of money to pay your crime. Yes, you can go in source and change some options, but that is an access point for the users only. So, don't change things that it don't belongs to you, that's it. If you still think that you don't deserve the ban, well then, you can always Email Riot support by using this Email: [email protected]

same thing just happened to me like 30 min ago, whats happening? They are simply banning players and saying 3rd party software, i admit i was mean one game but to be accused of cheating is a complete farce. Riot are you trying to make people quit and just sending out automatic replies? I dont know what to do anymore i think quitting league is simply easier than dealing with this.
