10 game chat restriction for this?

The Game 1 is playing with a pre made 4 person team, There were 2 players verbally cursing at me and literally calling me names and I just hit level 30 today. So i got reported for this. I should of just muted and not said anything, but the other team was chatting to me also saying sorry because of the toxic players on my team.
