chat restrict ban
why am i getting chat restricts , but little kids are cussing me out tellin me theyre gonna kill my family? , and when i respond i get a chat restrict??????

Mute them Report them move on. Flaming a flamer will only create more Flame. Also everyone gets judged for what they do. They for flaming. You for flaming.
First of all you should post your chat logs if you want to discuss that. It's better to know what we are talking about.
You are given chat restrictions because your method of responding is most likely toxic. They may well be given chat restrictions or worse for their behavior as well.
If you choose to respond to toxicity instead of ignoring them or muting them, you have two options: respond in a negative and/or toxic manner (and risk punishment to your own account), or respond in a neutral/humorous/positive manner. The former is risky, the latter is fine.
It's like hearing "Stupid feeding top laner. Go kill yourself" and responding "Fuck you. You're playing like shit yourself" vs. responding with "I'll pass, thanks. My schedule's pretty booked for the next few months." The latter doesn't hurt anyone, but still lets the guy know he's not going to successfully troll you.
Of course, muting them is still my recommended approach.
Riot takes verbal abuse pretty seriously. If people are being toxic to you in chat, report their behavior so that Riot can put a stop to it.
On the flip side of that coin, if you respond to toxicity by being toxic, people can report your behavior as well. It's not okay to break the rules just because someone else broke them first.
