No, you have to be honor 2 to get the end season rewards.

No. You have to be Honor Level 2 by Season's end to be eligible for end-of-season rewards - Loading Screen border included.

I've heard that you don't need the end of season rewards to get a loading screen border. Next season you get your border based on your rank,and it changes everytime you get promoted/demoted.

You know if you just check on your profile while youre logged in< literally says 20 18

if you have a checkmark then you are eligibal for boarder, champion and chroma>
