Automatic Pre-Game Chat Ban

I just had one of the worst League experiences of my life in game. I was constantly flamed for the entire game by first just my support who walked passed 12 minions to try and snipe a kill and died, then the top laner who decided I seemed like a good scapegoat even though our fights were only lost due to overextending into a fight with bad numbers. So in came the flame by these guys for the entire game, and I never responded with anything but professionalism and true constructed criticism indicating why I thought the game or fight went poorly. There was zero hostility or negativity in my words, and I continued trying to win for the entire game.

So I get leave the after game lobby immediately, and get into my next pregame lobby, where I find that i've been banned from chat, I assume because there are automatic measures in place if someone reports you. Imagine how I feel now not only getting punished by the verbal abuse of the players in my game, but then again by Riot Games in my next lobby. I quit the lobby, and never intend to log into the game again. Please take measures to keep an experience like this from happening to someone else. That's the only reason I'm writing this post.
