Getting banned just because of the number of reports despite there being nothing toxic

So, i'm not very toxic in game. I type a lot though, and say things like "group up or we lose" "we're losing because we are not grouping even though it's a team game" over, and over again. And what happens? We LOSE because it is too difficult for people to understand the very simple idea of grouping up and following the carry or the shot caller. But this isn't professional league of legends is it? This is a whole new UNIVERSE compared to that. Anyways, i'm getting reported for saying these things, Check my chat log Riot, I dont name call, or use racial slurs, but i'm probably going to get banned anyways, because i just got out of a 14 day ban for toxic behavior. Since when is telling people to group up to win toxic? I feel like your report ban system is flawed, though it doesn't matter, i see intentional feeders, and trolls who are passive aggresive who NEED to be IP banned that don't, and players like me who like shot calling and leading a team to victory who do, just because they get reported a lot by these 0/15 trolls for just telling them what to do so we can win. People have Egos in this universe of League, and refuse to cooperate and listen. They feel the need to play their own game and not the team game. I can go 6/0 early game and no one will listen to my calls because of their self glorified idea that they're some how the best. I'm just saying it should be fixed, how the report and ban system works. My chat log for my 14 day ban was filled with things like "She's under the support tab in the shop, so i'm playing her as support" and things like that. Nothing specifically toxic. SOMETIMES I TALK IN CAPS TOO. DOES THAT MEAN I SOMEHOW BECOME 100% MORE TOXIC? I MEAN SURE, SOME PEOPLE DO IT TO BE TOXIC. BUT WHAT IF IM DOING IT SO PEOPLE CAN READ IT BETTER? Some times i think that people just don't want to spend the energy reading tiny words.
