I've never boosted in my entire life. I'm the only one that's ever played on my account except for some friends who have been over at my house and played a normal or an ARAM.

This sort of thing is why lawyers instruct clients to exercise their right to remain silent, since they often don't realize they'll incriminate themselves in their attempts at self-defense.
More on topic, having friends play on your account can be seen by Riot as MMR boosting, even if it's just normals or ARAM. MMR isn't a ranked queue-specific thing. Each matchmade PvP game mode has its own MMR.
