why is feeding and trolling allowed

So everytime i get a troll that feeds nothing happens to him, and when u start being toxic to them they punish you, Ok mute the trolls but hey its not gonna work you know why? there gonna spam ping u and feed harder if you do so. Am giving up on this game, from now on i will start doing the same. I wont talk in game nor will i say anything. Making bad plays and troll picking is gonna be fun lets see.

Also how is this toxic game 1 is understandable his trolling obv. the others how are they toxic?

Anecdote does not imply trend.

YOUR report may not be the one that triggers their punishment, but they do eventually get punished with chronic behavior. The system protects against "the one bad game" except for egregious situations.

It sounds like your current situation has a lot to do with your own behavior. It is easy to get frustrated with teammates sometimes, but as long as you play the game to the best of your ability I can assure you things will work out in the end. I used to be a player who would get mad at teammates and tell them they were bad, or say/do things in game that would affect the whole team. But, with a little bit of dedication, I completely turned my attitude around. Just stay positive and don't be one to start or even go along with an argument. If the teammate is bearable, just don't let them get to you. If they are toxic and are affecting your own gameplay, mute them. If they continue to do things such as intentional feeding or spam ping, just let it go and submit reports when there is a clear violation of rules. They will get the punishment they deserve, which most of the time we as regular players don't see.

As a good way to start your new positive behavior, try complementing a teammate at the end of each game.

Its not so much that it is allowed, its just that Riot is lazy when it comes to catching it. Its easy to have an automated system ban people who chat with virtually no context, but the system cannot tell if someone is trolling or feeding outside of extremely obvious cases. Those have to be manually reviewed which is pretty rare so trolls/feeders are banned much less often.

because your definition of feeding is if they go 1-8-4 accidently.

and your definition of trolling is if they do things you don't like or if they don't listen to you.

Basically, Riot would need to watch replays to confirm if someone who is trolling or feeding and they don't have time for that. However, the automated system leaves a paper trail of everything you said making it really easy for you to get punished. So someone saying anything in chat has a better chance at a ban than a troll.

Still waiting to know how game 3 and 2 are toxic, i was talking with the enemy team mostly which is my right.
