Sure his other 2 bans were well deserved but this one he called his support Ornn, who constantly intd. He only said what he was doing wrong, no curses, no name calling nothing. But hes the one who got banned which is bs. Hes says that riot doesnt do appeals but i feel they should for this. A Toxix player abused the system and a reformed player gets perma banned
You don't get perma'd over a single game, unless you wander into dark territories like actual threaths.
General 14 days ban are often reserved to racial slurs and biggotry, which doesn't generally translate to "calling out a toxic player"
And in either case, he didn't get banned for a single game, so it sounds to me your brother isn't exactly a pleasant person.

He must have previously been banned for 14 days. Once you reach that point, anything that can be considered toxic or punishable at all will lead to a perma.
