Dear riot. I understand the reason of why my account has been suspended although i am a competitive player i know i need to change however i need your help. I would like a perm/forever mute in my in-game so i may not chat with the others i am playing with. I need your help guys. I love the game its my favorite i spent so much money on it to play it i am a part of ur community and i really would like to be given another oppurtunity to change, to be better, to be a part of the league community i would ask of you to please unban me and mute my chat perm, i would like to be given another chance i promise, i swear to you i will change and you will never have to speak to me again Thank you riot, im very, extremely sorry for what i have done and im mad at myself, and i should be but i would like to have another chance, i beg of you i love the game. Please i just ask for another chance among all the chances i have gotten and i promise you i will change. i will. and i mean it. I also spend about 900 dollars, this doesnt mean anything although of how much i love the game i know and understand i should not have done the things that i did like chat alot and rage, im only 13yrs of age doesnt give me an excuse but i would gladly take a last oppurtunity to acutally change and know that what i have done is wrong. I am sorry for what i caused in the league community and i all i ask is for a last chance, all i ask. Thank you for taking the time to read this and if you do give me last oppurtunity i promise you man, ill change

Riot has determined that people who are so toxic/unable to control their chat in most cases will troll in other ways if they are permanently chat restricted. This is why they went to the format of.

10 chat 25 chat 14 day ban perma ban.

The way riot looks at is that if you can't reform after the first three punishments they don't want you in their game.

They only repeal bans if it was a mistake on their part. If your ban was legitimate they will not repeal it.

is there a way for me to play again. with a perm mute chat or like an all off chat because it all starts honestly is when someone flames me i get aggreivated and i cant stand my ground and not say something back.

On the same account-.- i have spent 900 dollars man, all to waste? why lose a customer i will try and try everyday to get unbanned, and i will possibly eventually, i have confidence lel.

Doesn't matter. You have already blew 3 chances of changing yourself after you received your 10 chat restriction, 25 chat restriction & 14 days suspension. If you refuse to reform your attitude, then it is no problem for Riot to kick you out of their game.

But that is why i came here and to solve this for that last time to get perm muted and unbanned so they can have a customer that pays and plays the free game and then theres another thing with people who report for no reason which happens 45% of the time there has to be a way for me to a chance

Look, it's too late. Riot has already got sick of your unchanged toxic attitude, and permaban means permaban. Riot isn't always about the money you know? It's about principles.

So what should i do? quit? because i will post and post untill i can get a riot personal to help me or well, talk to me atleast why cant they help me and perm mute, at first i didnt start anything, and on second i didnt know theres a ./mute ive played this game for mabey 3 months

Because we have like what, 20+ of the exact same thread such as this. We see this same routine everyday:

Guy gets chat restricted, it was no big deal.

Now he gets a 14 days suspension, he whines that he doesn't deserve this.

Finally he gets permabanned, NOW he says that he wants a "2nd chance". Like, wtf are chat restriction & 14 days suspension to you?

Reposting the same thing over & over will improve nothing, except inviting more downvotes. When you're permaban due to toxicity, it will NEVER be lifted. Period. Of course, you can contact Riot directly by submitting a ticket to Riot Support, but I'm sure they will say the same thing as I did.

No one can stop you from trying to get another chance but people who frequent this section of the boards know that riot doesn't overturn punishments unless they determine it to be a mistake. And it seems pretty clear that you understand that it wasn't a mistake.

Reports only trigger reviews of your behavior, you could be reported a million times but if there is nothing to find in your history then the reports will be thrown out.

Just to clarify. I don't think riot ever said it happens in most cases(correct me if im wrong). Just that they are simply more likely to do it. I highly doubt it is anywhere near most. Even if it was 1 in 100 I would say it wouldn't be worth it.

ive made a https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/ and sent the an email about my ban and my apology im guessing they will never be answered?

Sorry man, but there are consequences for your actions. You can make a new account and improve on that one, but riot pretty much never repeals bans.

i would like to bring a point up too, i ask for another chance to play league if my account is suspended i can create a new one because it isnt an ip ban, i dont get why i can make another account and play league, another chance to have my account unbanned and to play league again would be amazing, if only riot would come talk to me....
