Dear riot. I understand the reason of why my account has been suspended although i am a competitive player i know i need to change however i need your help. I would like a perm/forever mute in my in-game so i may not chat with the others i am playing with. I need your help guys. I love the game its my favorite i spent so much money on it to play it i am a part of ur community and i really would like to be given another oppurtunity to change, to be better, to be a part of the league community i would ask of you to please unban me and mute my chat perm, i would like to be given another chance i promise, i swear to you i will change and you will never have to speak to me again Thank you riot, im very, extremely sorry for what i have done and im mad at myself, and i should be but i would like to have another chance, i beg of you i love the game. Please i just ask for another chance among all the chances i have gotten and i promise you i will change. i will. and i mean it. I also spend about 900 dollars, this doesnt mean anything although of how much i love the game i know and understand i should not have done the things that i did like chat alot and rage, im only 13yrs of age doesnt give me an excuse but i would gladly take a last oppurtunity to acutally change and know that what i have done is wrong. I am sorry for what i caused in the league community and i all i ask is for a last chance, all i ask. Thank you for taking the time to read this and if you do give me last oppurtunity i promise you man, ill change

Riot has determined that people who are so toxic/unable to control their chat in most cases will troll in other ways if they are permanently chat restricted. This is why they went to the format of.

10 chat 25 chat 14 day ban perma ban.

The way riot looks at is that if you can't reform after the first three punishments they don't want you in their game.

ive made a https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/ and sent the an email about my ban and my apology im guessing they will never be answered?

Sorry man, but there are consequences for your actions. You can make a new account and improve on that one, but riot pretty much never repeals bans.

i would like to bring a point up too, i ask for another chance to play league if my account is suspended i can create a new one because it isnt an ip ban, i dont get why i can make another account and play league, another chance to have my account unbanned and to play league again would be amazing, if only riot would come talk to me....
