I got perma banned

So i was banned for 14 days, ik i got really toxic and everything because of my team blaming everything on me and and after that its 14 day banned, so i played Warframe for like 6 months because i got really addicted to it, then i decided to play League Of Legends again, when i logged on it says that you have been perma banned and here are the things that's been sent to me.
