I woke up today and saw two emails saying my account is banned for using a third party software. I have never used a exploit but yet I got banned with no proof of me doing so.
They can't prove it, if they did then you'd know how they caught you (provided that you're actually a scripter).
If you're innocent then the best thing you can do is just submit a support ticket and be polite and persistent in asking for a manual review of your account. Don't bother asking for proof or explanation, they can't and won't tell you how you were caught, as doing so would undermine the detection system.
False positives are rare, and people who get legitimately banned for scripting wind up acting innocent just like everyone else. There's no way for us to know whether you're one of the innocent ones or one of the guilty ones. Posting about it won't accomplish anything, just submit a support ticket and be polite and persistent.
Good luck mate, if you're innocent then I hope you get unbanned, and if you're guilty then know that everyone looks down on you for cheating and being dishonest.

I wonder how many support tickets have been sent in for this, cus what only 1-5% of players with bother posting on the forums. i bet they have hundreds
