I had a friend who was Plat 1 who spent upwards of $900 on his account. He got perma banned and raged at the Rioter who said he couldn't have his account back. That's $900 down the drain and he knew that every time he called someone a %%%got. C'est La Vie. You only get what's coming to you; you'll never get what you don't deserve, friend.

I know it feels bad to have lost all the hard work for masteries and rank you might have put in plus the money you spent on the skins/icons/rune pages and what not.

I hope you get back on the Rift w/o the negative attitude and climb right back up to where you were before.

It feels nice to see a nice comment after being permabanned myself. Losing your account is like a bat swing to the gut...then the community starts to punch you in the gut. I suppose we deserve it though...

You should have tried to change during the chat restricts or 14-day ban you'd have gotten first. They were your chances to change, and you played yourself.

well you got permabanned. you probably had the one and two week warnings. they say in the agreement that they own all content, that includes the skins you payed for. I'm sorry but they don't often(if ever) revoke a permaban

I have haunted this board for months, and I have seen exactly ONE ban get overturned, and it was for modifying the client to allow someone to customize their aspect ratio (something that was ok in the past, but apparently is not now). The rioter basically took pity on the dude who got banned because the dude who was banned had very old quotes from RIOT employees backing him up.

There was one other one where some kid was trash talking himself in chat and the system couldn't decipher it or some shit lol.

I cheer every time I see a permabanned thread. Been playing MOBAs almost a decade now and I'm very happy with how Riot is changing the community for the better!

i mean im not the only reason.. for my ban i mean in lol you need communication in game so if someone talk trash about you i answer. and i never report like i just answer and i mute . so if the other guy who talk trash to me first. reports me im banned. seems good. very nice.. riot

Retaliation is not an excuse. You are responsible for what you do. And if you don't report, you're still part of the problem.

If anyone knows this dude irl they should look into kicking this prepubescent kid's arse. Thinks hes some kind of e-forum hero who's 'holier than thou' while literally trolling every thread he can. Riot loves to support clowns like this kid though! Must be nice having mommy and daddy pay for everything!

If you think your ban was unfair, you can appeal it with riot support.

However, bans are almost never repealed. And when they are, it is because Riot made a mistake; your account is pretty much gone. Sorry, but that is the consequence for your actions.

No second chances. It's called a Permaban for a reason. Spending money has no bearing on the matter.

Riot also sends you a warning which states clearly that this is your last non-permanent ban and any additional offenses will lead to a permanent (irrevocable) ban.

Unless you cross some serious lines all in one go and get summoner 11 ed on the first offense.
