The dishonrable system?

I don't understand it well, ive been reading up on other players who have received the dishonorable status for getting chat restrictions or even bans based on toxicity but I've never received a punishment for my chat. Everyone is just saying how you have to play a bunch of games with good attitude to get out of it which makes sense I was just wondering if some could explain and shine some light on how it all works. Thank you

It dosen't.....they have a system for leavers that works like 40%of the time
