Justice or Wicked Humor?

Hello everyone. I was wondering if you guys would consider this scenario fair or just wrong. If your playing a game and 3/4 or your teammates constantly harass the other person. Lets say the game still goes on, and at the 30 minute mark the harassed person starts carrying the whole team. That person starts carrying til the 50 minute mark, and he decides to leave the game because he deems the 3 extremely toxic people undeserving of the win. They probably won't climb either way with that toxic behavior. Would you see the harassed persons judgment as fair or just plain wrong? Or it is not justifiable unless the whole team harasses him.

Option 4: The individual's frustration, while understandable, is a violation of the default agreement implied in League. Namely, agreeing to help your team win. While his actions may be less verbally toxic, he is furthering the problem, and both he and the extremely verbally toxic players are at fault.

No one wins.

Leaver gets harassed, a loss, and low priority que.

Harassers get a loss and punished for chat.

I don't want to speak on the morality of it... That's not for me to decide. Within the rules of the game, however, yes he was wrong. He can mute them if he wants. There's never a "justified" reason to intentionally lose a match, within the rules that Riot has put in place.
