Seriously perma Banned only 1 game "toxic" for saying the F word like 3 times.

Ok so a friend of mine got PERMA banned for using the f word 3 times in a game but not calling anyone the f word in any way the statements were: PLEASE FING WARD PLEASE FING signal MIA winning lane means nothing if we aren't playing as a f*ing team.

that is seriously all he said in game and got perma banned, no prior reports either. thats the only game that was listed as "toxic" this is ridiculous and it needs to be addressed immediately, i could see banning if he was calling people Fing this and that but he wasn't. And to add to this. there was no sexist or racist things or anything like that, when i say those statements were it, i mean that was it. There is a mature content filter as well, if people don't like swears they can make it so they don't see them, thats not his fault they took off the filter. and another thing if these are banable words, riot: MAKE THEM AUTO BLOCKED. other games have done it. no reason to permanently ban someone for saying "Fing" 3 times in a game when there are ways to block it out. This is bullshit.
