a while ago i had a 5 games chat restrict. After that i had a 25 games chat restrict. After the 25 games chat restricted i received a 14 day ban. But now i havea 10 game chat restrict again. not even a permanent ban. how come? funny
If you show reform over a long enough period you can drop down to lower tiers.
you reset tiers after 3 months. i'd take that as a good ol warning dont be a dumbtit and get perma'd for nothing
They try not to perma-ban people. They want to give you a chance to reform.
you likely got the 2 week ban like 9 months ago? or something like that.
it takes on average 3 months to drop a tier of punishment, unless you show a great amount of reforming. in which case its faster.
this is the system working as intended. you reformed, you didnt act like an idiot anymore, so there is no reason to permaban you, just warn you to not go back to your old habits.
