How can i unlock my honor after a chat restriction?

I recently played a game playing in my opinion one of the hardest champs Aurelian sol and it was my first game with it. I ended up feeding to a m6 laner and my jungler never helped me so he started flaming me and I did not like it so i flamed him back saying he never ganked me and my team went against me cuz i had a bad matchup and i di bad so they all reported me so i got a chat restriction. Now my honor has locked and I even got 4 honors in a chat restricted game how does that not bring back my honor?
