AFK

Ok, so when I started playing this game, i loved it. It was new and fun for me. I AFKed a couple times and before I knew, I was put into low priority ques. I get it. It happens that people AFK sometimes bc they are mad about the game. It happened again and it the time went up to 10 mins. Since then I have not AFK. Today, I did because I had to go somewhere. I was 8-2 playing fizz. It was a nice friendly game and when I had gotten back, the game had ended. I tried to play another game and now my wait time is 20 mins. WTF Riot!! I don't AFK when im mad like most players. I have only AFK if I truely have to leave. But a 20 minute wait for 5 games???? That's not cool. If I AFK again, will i get banned? I dont think this is right. Also (this has no relevance to this comment), this on this accounton the website, it says im only lvl 14. On he game, I am truely 20. Why?
