Wrongfully banned ?

So, i was in a premade team, we started a normal game as 5, with my friends we were on vocal chat except one . So i was chatting with him and we were poking fun at each other on bad moves , we were writing ''xD, kys'sb'' But at the end of the game, the enemy team wrote GG EZ TRASH and then I spammed " how does it feel to be plat V and they reported me for abusing the chat. i have been banned for writing kys to my friend but I got reported for what i wrote on my defeat screen. I sent a ticket to riot to know if they can unbann my account , they havent answered yet so i was just wondering what are the community thoughts on this ? Do i deserve 2 week ban and no rewards (no diamond border nor victorious skin) or a chat restriction would be more suitable ? I provided the chat logs on a comment at the bottom of the page and edited this post in order to be more understandable as it was a bit all mixed up before. Thank you for reading

UPDATE Riot support just answered my ticket and gave me a generic response, I sent them another ticket and pray that they actually read it

Frankly, you should not be punished from this; but i am highly curious of what else you've said... Rito would not ban a player for simply saying 'kys', but they may ban a player because he/she had displayed a Consistent use of expletives across multiple games (And had been very conspicuous while doing so). Can you provide a chat log or something similar to that, as we can not gauge the situation without one. Anyways, Riot should be able to resolve this problem quickly, so you must not worry!

You weren't banned for one game, you should have gotten chat logs for multiple games. If what you say is true then I can agree that you shouldn't have been banned for that game, it was just an unlucky misunderstanding by the enemy team, if you decide to keep joking like that I'd recommend you keep it in team chat as I doubt your friends would report for joking around. Unfortunately you're not going to get this problem fixed. Riot will judge the case off of what happened in game, so being close friends and being on a voice chat won't matter, the facts that riot can see are you were flaming your teammates in chat and you got reported for it. Sorry, like I said, I agree it's wrongful if you're telling the truth but that's just how it goes, do try being more careful with your jokes in the future.

Even ignoring the KYS, how do you explain the whole:

Na Yeon bae: lucky %%%%s

I mean its a well known fact that KYS isnt tolerated period. Whether your friends are cool with it, doesnt mean jack. Just like in real life you would get thrown out ina public place, or at your job if you were just causally using words like that. But like i said even ignoring that you would have still gotten punished because of that line i just posted above!

If you are playing a game at home with your friends you are in a VASTLY different environment than out in public or at work. I'm not saying "kys" should be something that is tolerated when referring to someone else whom you don't know, don't have a history with and you MEAN it to harm someone. When you're with friends, you know what is appropriate with them, otherwise they wouldn't be called friends.

You also have to be careful when you start saying that your individual rights to speak with close friends and family in the privacy of your own home is the same as being in public. Respect is always a two way street, much like my rights as yours. Where my rights end, yours begin. Granted, playing LoL is a privilege and every one of us agreed to follow rules created by Riot. So, in the end, our opinions don't really mean much, you just have to work with what fair is as defined by the company who created the game you enjoy playing.

This is all based on the presumption that none of the derogatory chat was directed at the other team. I will honestly say that it's taken me several years to learn how to deal with the frustrations that come and go with this game. It's difficult but once you know how to play without raging or 'stoking the fire' the game becomes more enjoyable. Every interaction I've ever had with the system has worked and typically, unless you are being hateful to the point that a ban is necessary, you will only get a chat restriction.

Only you know you, boo.

Unfortunately, Riot puts more weight on certain terms. Kys will automatically escalate your punishment. You should have been wiser in using chat in a game with an automated chat moderation system. It's on you to protect your account. Read the rules, follow them. They can't make exceptions for people because they don't have the time/resources to make sure every person who was reported was just "poking fun with friends".

Its ALWAYS when you write with friends, cause he is for some reason not in the Voice Chat and for some reason you dont write over /msg with him. And of course, when all are premade and you use the ingame chat without /all, someone reported you for no apparent reason of the enemy team.

Chatlogs.

Saying KYS in chat is asking for it.

Please post the entire unedited chat log to have a meaningful discussion.
