It's pretty obvious to me that it seems like a justified ban. You insult individuals on your team, insult your entire team, and claim to intentionally feed.

After briefly breezing through it I saw nearly every form of harassment you could have called down upon your team, within the first 15 minutes of each game, plus an admittance to inting.

I could probly go on, but it's not worth the time. You could probly submit a ticket to player support as well, but again, not really worth your time...

I'm not really sure "having been removed years ago" is the same as "broken". At this point in League's history the Tribunal has been gone for longer than it was around, by a significant margin.
