Account Compromised - LeaverBuster

So I got an email the other day that my League password was changed. I haven't had League installed on my computer for a while now, so I knew something was up. Logged on to my account with the password I was emailed (confirmed it was a legitimate email and everything, didn't click on any links, etc.). When I logged in to the game, I tried queuing up with some friends and was greeted by the LeaverBuster notification. Went through my previous match history, and someone has been playing random matches on my account. Custom matches, bot games, and one ranked game that they lost.

My question is, since I don't have a clue how many games I have left with LeaverBuster, and I'm kind of impatient seeing as how it wasn't me that did this, if someone from Riot looks at the account and can verify it was compromised, can the LeaverBuster punishment be removed from my account this time? Or am I going to have to deal with the low-priority queue for a few games?

Also, this isn't nearly as big of a deal, since I don't play ranked hardly ever, but would there be a chance of getting the ranked loss removed if the account was proven to be compromised? This isn't an issue, really, but it would be nice in case I decide to actually play this season.
