Permanent ban appeal.

Few nights ago I saw a post about Riot establishing something new for players to 'reform', and I couldn't find a place to appeal for anything of the sort. I was permanently banned (rightfully so), where could I apply for a ban appeal?

Sorry if this thread is in the wrong section, tried my best. Thanks in advance for help!

This section is fine. They were testing the idea out with a limited number of players that have already been selected. They are not taking applications at this time.

I had my account perma-banned, then un perma-banned. I pleaded for my account that had hundreds of dollars sank into it, and promised to ALWAYS mute players when toxicity came up, like /mute all. I even promised to /mute all in the beginning of every game.

It's a pilot program. The submissions/appeals they are accepting is now closed. Several threads on it are in the forums now. They were only accepting a limited number of accounts for those that were able to fess up, accept responsibility. Riot stated this is only a trial for NA exclusively because they have a greater number of support staff to make it possible.

These players are on the knife's edge. They are even closer to getting repermabanned than someone already on a 14-day suspension. Basically, these accounts are being specifically monitored by specific support group to see if they commit the smallest offense.

The success of the program (demonstrating that permabanned players are able to reform) will dictate whether other regions and future accounts in NA also get the possibility to get unbanned.

I wish all who got in, luck! If ya screw it up, EU will probably never forgive NA lol.

Where do you go to appeal the perma ban?

I think there is a long wait list if you want to try and get in on it. From what I remember seeing on the forums, people said to open up a support ticket. However, I also recall seeing a post saying that someone had said they were full on the new reform program.

However, it doesn't hurt to try and put in a support ticket to see if they do take more.

They ban the wrong people all the time and that's what gets me, like I can get flamed all game for the slightest mistake, or listen to someone making sexist or racist remarks all game, but you're not supposed to say a thing to them? Like how does riot ever expect their community to get better if their players are meant to just take the verbal abuse and then hope and pray down the road they don't get group reported which has literally happened to me on two accounts now.
