Is this 14-days ban really that worth it??

Game 1 SkWad Fishy: ward SkWad Fishy: oh ty SkWad Fishy: rip SkWad Fishy: ty SkWad Fishy: he needs tri force first tho SkWad Fishy: amazingly* SkWad Fishy: 4 v5 SkWad Fishy: ^ SkWad Fishy: group SkWad Fishy: their adcs are dwon SkWad Fishy: down SkWad Fishy: COME ONNN SkWad Fishy: ryze kys SkWad Fishy: kys SkWad Fishy: kys SkWad Fishy: dont go farm bot SkWad Fishy: and tell everyone to "help" you

I will admit the fact that I was toxic for the last 5 sentences I've typed down. That was the very end of the game when Ryze decided to split push while they were smashing us into our own base. He then threw at the rest of us something that went like (please don't quote me on this because I don't know how to find his quotes properly) "You guys are dumb for trying to fight them."

The score at the end of the game was as followed: SkWad Fishy (Kayn): 12/8/12 (Janna): 7/8/20 (Irelia): 2/14/7 (Ryze): 15/13/4 (Caitlyn): 5/4/12

I really do not consider myself to be that toxic, at all. This 14-day ban is unreasonable. If I'm getting called a troller and a feeder with that kda and people typing down the chat saying "stfu" or "stop feeding," are they getting the same ban? I admit I'm not the best player nor the one with the best attitude. But when I do rage, it's usually not typed down or shown to any other teammates. You're telling me I should get banned because I was toxic towards people who are being toxic towards me first. I confirm that part. FIRST.

No. I will, however, tell you that players earn bans be being toxic, period. There is not some level of behavior on someone else's part that suddenly gives you an free pass to be toxic back without repercussions.

The is especially true when this retaliation takes the form of telling another player to kill themselves. It is one of Riot's strictest zero-tolerance policies, and earns a 14-day ban due to how seriously they take it.

I have also edited the names of the other players out of your post, as we do not allow players to call out other players for their behavior or in-game performance. All this does is create witch-hunts, and, ultimately, their behavior did not force you to type the things you did.

I mean you told someone to go kill themselves three times over a game. Regardless of what happened or whatever he said there's no real excuse to make it acceptable.

I just think the KYS part is the reason why. Fortunately it is only a 14 day ban. This will drill into your head "I will not speak unless I need to" for league.

not rlly if ya cant take the heat stay off the internet i dont personally flame kids but i dont see a problem with it like its just a game if it actually affects you you shouldnt be playing in the first place

Dude, you typed "kys" twice, I think you should count yourself lucky they didn't skip the 14 day ban step and permaban you instantly. Riot is allergic to that shit, and frankly if anything in the realm of verbal expression warrants this reflexlike attitude of shoot from the hip and ignore all context type of punishment, then this is it.

i have seen a lot of these "IS THIS BAN JUSTIFIABLE?????!!!!!" Shits and this is probably one of the nicer ones. u gotta realize that riot doesn't ban on 1 or 2 games, they ban based off of constant and i mean CONSTANT toxicity. Never in my 4 years of playing League have i ever been punished in anyway shape or form because of toxicity. My advice is to only flame when someone flames u first, Riot is pretty good with that. THAT DOESN'T MEAN FLAME WHEN SOMEONE CALLS YOU OUT ON SOMETHING! (theres a difference and people need to learn that). Also... dont use "kys" as a "fuck u" term... not only is it extreme and over the line but it makes u seem childish and nonintellectual, like using the N word all the time in a game. Find a different phrase, like "eat shit" or "uninstall" one of my personal favorites is calling them a "test tube baby".

Unfortunately for you Riot expects us all to have learned that it is not okay to wish harm upon others. We should know better by now, as such they treat it a lot more harshly.

If you'd like some more info on how to deal with other players without getting yourself punished, let me know - I have a blurb I can paste.

Keep in mind that after a 14-day ban you're going to be on super thin ice and you could get permabanned quite easily.
