Make a Report system for outside game chat

This is what was said to me in private message after a game. There needs to be punishment for players like below. Thank You

Submit a Support Ticket and a Player Behavior Specialist will look into it.

Also, don't accept friend requests from people if they were rude to you in the game.

First off, please remove the name from your post as naming and shaming isn't allowed here on the forums. Second off, if you know someone was being a jerk in your game, never accept their "rage request" as I like to call it, as more often than not they just want to rage at you some more. Third off, if they do continue to rage at them, take a screenshot of what they said, submit it to Riot Support and let them and PB deal with it.
