I think we are crossing the line...(LATAM Serious Problem)

So first, idk how to use a forum, so idk if you can see the image up there, hope you can and second this post will be in this category because i cant see others, idk why so, sorry for that
and lets start
So, maybe you guys know or maybe not, in LatinAmerica we had an exclusive event called "The Masquerade" or "Party of Masks", it was exactly like that spring event where we could unlock that Mundo Skin(and we sadly didnt), same concept except that LAN and LAS had separate progress bars instead of one for both, so yeah, we did our thing, we unlocked stuff, BUT the LAST prize was a Mistery Skin, LAS got that one, but LAN didnt... sadly...
So the LAN Players began to fill the forums with the tipical "Give us More time" something that didnt happen, meanwhile in LAS there was a mix of Joy, Making fun of LAN because they didnt unlock the last prize, and "Give them more time"... so yeah
Days passed, everything normal, i though everyone forgot about about it, and Riot LAN gave us a prize anyway(dont know who took the desicion), wich was a weekend with a 50% discount on Mistery Skins, and we where like YAY! (i wasnt really happy because i cant buy RP, but i was happy for them)
SO, there was a bunch of people creating smurf accounts to gift themselves all the skins they could, others where buying all the RP they could, BUT in the LAS forums, well, they didnt like it, they began to post(and rage) like in LAN when they didnt won the skin, because of that discount because it "Wasnt Fair"(i didnt read too much but thats the idea)
So today(i think), Riot cancelled the discount and well, the rage began, the image at the top is the LAN Forums right now(In LAS there are some post giving opinions and stuff like that), so before we continue, im going to translate the titles for those who dont understand, in order:
-Best solution to the mistery skin cancellation(pretty normal here) -Lack of seriousness RIOT LAN PATHETIC(Ouch...) -RIOT LAS makes fun of LAN(Not true at all but look at the upvotes) -False adverstising from Riot Games(Not really) -Misleading Advertising RIOT LAN what to say?(Again... not really) -STOP ACTIVITIES IN LAN BECAUSE OF ACCIDENTAL RETIREMENT OF MISTERY BOXES(Damn bro...) -RIOT LATINAMERICA answers NA reddit, they know they can be demanden and they are scared(Sounds serious huh?) -Complain about box's ad(Reddit) LET US BE HEARD -Cancel LAS prizes too -Misleading Advertising RIOT LAN, Fraud and Demand!
and thats it, as you can see... this is kind of serious, if you ask my honest opinion, EVERYONE was acting like a bunch of crybabys, and Riot commited the error of spoiling those babys with the discount, wich started a "War" between servers... and well here we are now
Why am i posting this here?, because i want the opinion of someone else, i know here you guys have posts of people from many different servers, and i want you guys to give your opinion, because Riot posted this morning something saying sorry for everything and asking for advice to make everyone happy about this... but to be honest i dont think that advice will make anyone happy, it will just make things worse probably(or maybe not), so im gonna post THIS post in the LAN forums if you guys write your opinions so the community sees what they are doing, and someone elses opinion, someone not Latin American...
so, hope you guys write this below n.n

Is this Riot LATAM Fault? or the communities fault? What do you think about this situation? and this is a question that Riot asked us, but im gonna ask YOU that
Whats the best solution or solutions for this problem?
