3rd Party Cheating Bots with the same name format...

I'm really getting tired of the "[digit]<name> <digit or letter><digit or letter> [digit]<name>" format bots. I'm getting close to just quitting a game where the people in charge are unable or unwilling to do anything about this. I would get reamed every day by my players if I allowed such on my game. It just gets old. I report and report and report... and ban and ban and ban.. and get matched with the same ones over and over....

How hard is it to look these summoners up and perma ban them? At least give me a "something is in the works" reply.
