I had just lost 2 ranked games due to a player who disconnected. The time period that the games were played were very close to each other. In fact, the games were played on the same day. The players disconnected at around 3 to 4 minutes, so we did not get a chance to remake. I hope someone reviews this and fixes the problem.
Sincerely, A League of Legends player
Awhegark1 votesThey used to ban them for 7 days. But according to them the new system has actually prevented way more AFKS than banning them for 7 days did back in the day. I am guessing having to wait 20 minutes to play game reduces your desire to AFK afterwards.

Makes sense, 20 minute wait to play game > 10,080 minute wait to play a game.
Zezockary1 votesWell, to be fair, this one doesn't go away until you actually start it, if you are banned for 7 days you can just make another account until it wears off.
