I got wrongfully banned for 14 days.

Hello everyone.

So recently i got banned for 14 Days, For "Intentionally Feeding" When i actually wasn't, i was just having a really bad game. Ban message : https://gyazo.com/a1029454e716fb1180e31234365b5c8e

(Pay attention to how it says "Some" and "These" Then only refers to one game.)

I'm the Yasuo, as you see, i was against Lee Sin in lane, and the guy was very good at Lee Sin, I'm not saying that i'm good, i suck, i really do, i'm really bad at this game, But that isn't a justification for my ban. First thing first, i had wrong runes, And that's because i couldn't pick runes, I was disconnected from chat and the news thingy server (i'm using alpha client) which somehow affected my runes, it showed up as an empty box, furthermore, to prove that i didn't pick them wrong intentionally, i had right masteries, why would i pick right masteries and wrong runes...

I had Flash and Teleport, and i was playing Top, nothing wrong about that. I started the game by saying "Fuck, wrong runes" Which they could easily find if they'd bother to check. I had the highest CS in my team, and the 3rd highest in game.

i had a completely normal build, Boots, Phantom Dancer, and ingredients for Trinity Force (Might be wrong, but i like to build it, check my other games as Yasuo) I placed 4 wards, i didn't buy any but i did use my trinket which proves that i was trying to play. I also had 6.6k damage done, which is more than the support (proves i'm trying) and 800 damage less than Vayne.

I've submitted tickets to Riot, But they don't investigate, They just reply with the same thing over and over again

He says that he investigated the case, ignoring everything i've said, and says that the ban is legit when it clearly isn't, then keeps bragging to me about how good there system is,

He just kept ignoring whatever i said and kept giving me advice on how to play, like i'm not even talking.

And when i asked for the replay file so i can prove that this ban is unjust and i don't deserve it by any means, He told me he can't provide me with it,

I'll have to admit, i was acting stupid at some point, playing aggressive when i shouldn't and engaging on lee sin when he is ahead of me looking to outplay him and failing, But that doesn't mean i was intentionally feeding.

Riot has some good employees, they have a few hard working great members and like 50 lazy dickheads that are under qualified for the job, earlier today i was dealing with someone called "Bimmer Cake" Which is just a wonderful guy, he's the best support i've ever talked with, he's very kind and understanding, and i wish he handled my ticket instead of this copy pasting human.

Let me end this by saying that even if i did intentionally feed (which i swear to god i didn't), 1 game is no where near enough to ban me for, and it's basically absurd to ban me for one game of negative KDA, since i sometimes have good games and sometimes have bad games

i just basically don't know what to do honestly, i really need help, i really care about the goodwill of my account, not only will 14 days risk my account for permanent suspension, but i will also not be able to play the game :(.

Hey there Funoros. I'm really sorry this couldn't be resolved through support tickets. I've reviewed the game, and I agree with you that it's an error. There appears to be a lot of debate in the thread, but I pulled and watched the actual replay. I'm confident that this was a mistake of our systems and you were having an impressively bad game. I've unbanned your account.

I'm also going to see how we can use this case to improve our feeding detection systems. We know that mistakes in our system will happen, but we usually can accept them because 1) we work hard to keep them below a certain rate and 2) player support tickets should resolve them. In the case of verbal toxicity this is easy, but with feeding it's also not as easy for a human to make the call.

So basically, Fuck you StonkyPac, you're literally the worst human (robot in fact, since all you do is copy paste) i've ever dealt with. Riot has some good employees, they have a few hard working great members and like 50 lazy dickheads that are under qualified for the job.

Having worked for a major Internet company, and handling inbound email support, I can tell you for a fact that most of the responses handled by real human beings are "canned", or copy/paste responses. This is because their response to you is regarded as a direct response from the company as a whole and they have to be careful of the specific way they respond.

So there is a pretty good chance that StonkyPac is a real person (operating under an alias/summoner name) who sent you the most relevant response to your inquiry.

As for the specifics of your restriction, as already noted, Riot is able to see much more information than you are able to provide for us regarding your previous behavior.

Riot will very rarely restrict a person's account based on a report from a single game unless the conditions are extremely severe, so it stands to reason that you have a history of behavior that lead up to this restriction.

Riot has more information than you can provide to us or that we can check on our own. It sounds like Riot employees responded to your messages time and time again, they just didn't accept your rational.

On which account did you play that game? I don't see it on the account you are writing from right now

I want to look some things up because from the game itself it doesn't look like int feeding but it looks like you were ignoring everything expect top and didn't want to group since all your deaths expect one happend on toplane.

Not trying to sound mean, but from what i see here, you're an inter. you could've changed builds right at the end but that shouldn't really matter to anyone. You have no reason to post it here for riot to sift through player behavior when you can't seem to play your champion. you lost lane to a malphite who wasn't even a threat to you until 6. push him in and win lane or let him push and just pick at minions. you could've played safe but didn't and lee got a 12 AND 14 minute turret on your lane. What's that say? you need to learn your champion before playing him again so that way you're more comfortable. Enjoy your vacation and make a fresh account j/s

I don't believe you.

I think you were playing legit at the beginning, then got tilted when Lee kept killing you, so you kept engaging on him and dying instantly, despite back pings from your team, and despite them telling you to please stop.

This was a 22 minute game with 14 deaths. That doesn't happen unless you are dying the instant you return to lane, which you were doing because you wanted the game to end faster. You would literally spend more time dead and running to lane than you actually did alive. You have no games in your history of such high deaths with zero kills or assists - you were doing it on purpose and you know it. You got caught and punished and are trying to weasel yourself out of punishment.

Next time, if you are tilting that hard, go AFK instead - the punishment for AFK'ing is far less than int'ing, and you can at least claim that your internet was broken or whatever like other people seem to do - you'll get a leaver buster punishment and get longer queue times, but you won't eat a ban unless you do it frequently. I'd rather a 0/10/1 Yasuo just AFK than continue to run down mid and feed all game to be honest.

Also, you don't get escalated to a 14-day ban unless you have other stuff already on your record.

awe :( Im sorry this happened to you. I remember The very first time I played kat in a regular game in 2013 and I just fed and fed and fed on accident because I was learning the game still but saw so many people get behind with her and still later in the game jump into fights and get a penta XD so.. anyways yeah everyone EVERYONE reported me and I got only a warning but it was the worst feeling in the world... because I wasnt trying to feed but no one believed that I was just bad :/
