How does this constitute a permanent ban?

I have been punished maybe 3 times with chat restrictions and one 14 day ban over the span of the last year, so I am by no means a constant repeat offender but I can be blunt toward teammates. For the situation of this game in particular, I had called mid and locked it in since I know I called it first, but a teammate thought he did, thus there was a duo mid. My teammate, a lux, couldn't get any of the cs so he decided to intentionally feed. And my opposing yasuo and leesin happily took what kills they could, and felt it was necessary to trash talk me while doing so, pointing out how they (obviously) had more kills than me. Of course I didn't take their insults toward my gameplay happily and lashed back at them and insulted my scumbag teammate lux as well. This is the dialogue from that game:

Given the back story of that game, as well as my dialogue, I am completely confused as to how this constitutes a permanent ban. I was by no mean nice to the yasuo, leesin, and lux, but if anyone thinks they deserve kindness for how they acted during the entirety of that game then I want no part of this community any longer. If anyone has any ideas as to how to reach out to someone how can potentially lift this ban please let me know, since this punishment is outrageous.

If you are posting chat logs to give context, you should post both chat logs that were given.

Because you have a lot of penalties (3 alone in the last month), the question is whether these 2 chat logs would warrant a chat restriction. If the answer is yes, then you penalty would be escalated to a permanent ban, as explained to you previously.

this is "being blunt"? you deserve a ban. 3 chat restrictions and a 2 week ban is a ton. You are absolutely a constant repeat offender. If you get several bans and you keep being toxic, you get permabanned. That's how it works.

You know what punishments i have been given in the course of a year? Ill even go to about 3 years........

Some low priority queue timers due to internet issues cutting me out in the middle of the game.

You were not being blunt, you were being a jerk. This falls under "negative attitude" and "greifing".

Nobody asked you to be nice to them..... Nobody said you had to show kindness...... But you were chat banned and even 14 day suspended for your attitude.

Perhaps you need to watch Bambi...... Cause as Thumper was taught..... "if you cant say anything nice, dont say anything at all".

I will reiterate this yet again in this same message because it seems in all the years you have been on planet earth you have yet to figure this out........

You do not have to be nice..... But you get in trouble for being a jerk...... You can just mute and ignore and have nothing happen. You do not have to say anything if you do not have something nice to say. If you say something not nice, then expect consequences. This is especially true since YOU WERE PUNISHED MULTIPLE TIMES BEFORE, FOR THE VERY SAME AND EXACT REASON YOU WERE BANNED!

You don't seem to quite grasp the concept of escalating punishment. You didn't get a permaban because of one game. You got a permaban because you kept being toxic in games. Each punishment was greater than the last as a warning to stop doing that, and that you could get permabanned if you kept doing it.

The last game was simply the straw that broke the camel's back. A very minor reportable offense is enough, considering all the previous offenses. And this one was more than minor.

Getting the 10 game chat restriction, the 25 game chat restriction, and the 14 day ban means Riot does consider you a constant repeat offender.

For the situation of this game in particular

Was that the only game or did you have more in your log?
