Left a game because of a feeder

Not too long ago, I was stuck in a game with a feeder and I left the gaming knowing it was going to be waste of time. If I get banned or get the leaver buster I am going to quit leauge and Im probably going to sue so I can get all the money that I have spent on this game. I enjoy playing leauge, but if im being punished because I get stuck with a troll feeder and I dont want to waste my time playing a 1 sided game.. then this game is not WORTH playing. Currently waiting for the result of the match.

EDIT: I didnt get banned, as I expected. For those who misunderstood (all of who commented), I was trying to make the point that if someone left because of a feeder, then this game is not worth playing, because who likes wasting time? Wait... those who commented do, apparently. Sucks to suck.

EDIT2: People, if you are stuck with a feeder, you are literally being forced (AKA: reported) to keep playing the game until 20min, only to find out that the feeder said no and some reject that thinks you are going to win to a fed team also said no. I dont like being forced to do anything, and if I want to leave a game because some reject decided to feed, then I WILL. And if I get banned for it, then this game IS NOT WORTH PLAYING.

So you willingly left a game knowing that there is a system that catches people who do that, and you're threatening to sue them for all the money you spent...Knowing that the ToS you agreed to voids any legal action you can take against Riot...

You can't sue for your money back. The content you purchase isn't owned by you and can be taken away at any time for any reason. Also you shouldn't give up when other people still want to try and win. That is selfish and rude.

Oh god, it's a super [-omitted-] kind of player, he definitely knows what he's talking about when he has little no ranked games and thinks he can sue Riot even know he agrees with the ToS every time he logs in after an update. I actually want him to be banned or punished by Leaver Buster just to see how he'll try to sue Riot.

I'll just paint a shitty picture for you with words. Imagine you're an average player in League, game starts and a team mate is feeding. Whatever, it's normals. Next thing you know, Lucian ragequits. You're now stuck in a 3v6 (I count heavy feeders as enemies) and you don't think you can win unless all of the enemies DC's or lags to oblivion.

Now, do you really want to play a 3v6 (assuming you're not the kind to leave a shitty game)? No one (usually) likes a heavy 3v6. It sucks ass, not fun and is a horrible game experience which Riot tries to prevent in its own way that not a lot of players like because it is faulty.

Leaving a game, whether it's intentional or connection issues, is as bannable as is feeding (intentional usually). Regardless of what you think, you had just made the game experience that much more worst by leaving a game even if the chances of winning are slim. So due to your selfish opinion of leaving the game to avoid playing with a feeder, you're justified to be banned like the feeder.

No amount of salt coming from you will make it possible for you to successfully sue Riot, skim the ToS after an update. Any money you spent means absolutely nothing other than you being able to legally obtain certain products legally and Riot has the power to take that away from you whenever and however they want if they find any reason to. Although I haven't fully read the ToS, I'm pretty sure that any legal actions taken against Riot will immediately result in your loss (someone got find out for me please).

TL;DR GGWP, get wreq'd if you get banned/punished

Wow! Ignorance AND caps lock! Your time is no more important than anyone else's. You leaving makes things worse for everyone else on your team that is ALREADY suffering from the feeder. They shouldn't all have to put up with 2 problem players just because you want to save yourself from 1 problem player.

If you keep it up, you will eventually be punished by leaverbuster. You will deserve it, and you will have NO legal standing against Riot whatsoever. Any competent lawyer would laugh you out of their office.

I feel like a climate scientist (broken record) but the whole PURPOSE of the post was trying to make the point that if someone left because of a feeder, then this game is NOT worth playing. No ones likes wasting time, and I'm sure ass not going to waste my time playing a game with a feeder.

Example: You are playing call of duty, and you are paired with a team of noobs. Are you going to play the game you enjoy be wasted by crappy players?? I sure wouldnt. I would leave the fuck outta that game and play a different one. I know these are two different types of games, but, personally, im not wasting my time playing a game that someone purposely screwed up.

Then you're free to leave the game and never come back. If the main point isn't about suing, then why make a topic anyway? All you did was point out a reason to get in trouble for. And I don't play FPS, mainly because I'm terrible at it and don't really enjoy those kind of games, but whatever.

Let's just end the salt here. Go on and keep playing League until you're either fed up with the game or you finally get banned before I get you on my team in Ranked.

And that decision is also just as detrimental to the situation for the rest of your team as the feeder themselves.

I think what you mean to say is this: If someone is feeding, then they are not worth playing with. Thus, I simply stuck it out and tried to have some fun despite the feeder (thereby avoiding making things even worse for the other three people on my team). After the game, I reported the feeder and let Riot's system handle the problem without risking my own account.

Don't blame the game for a player's shitty decision. Blame the player making the decision.

Example: You are playing call of duty, and you are paired with a team of noobs. Are you going to play the game you enjoy be wasted by crappy players?? I sure wouldnt. I would leave the fuck outta that game and play a different one.

Terrible example. In Call of Duty, players can jump in and out of active games without an issue. In League, you are stuck with those nine other people since the nature of the game doesn't allow for jump-in jump-out players. I don't care if people leave a CoD, Halo, or TF2 lobby since they will be replaced fairly quickly. However, leavers in League fuck their entire team over just as badly as the initial feeder.

In short, one player's stupid decision doesn't justify your own different stupid decision. It's like saying that just because someone else is smearing feces along the wall that you should be allowed to piss in the opposite corner. At the end of the day, everyone else there is still stuck with a room that smells like human waste.

Also, I took a peek at your match history (2 ranked games 1-1) and I can safely say that you're a feeder in the game you played as Khazix , so by your "logic" you team mates should have left the game like you just did because you're a troll.

Well, considering how you act here on the board, I can't seem to think how much different you act in game. Unless you actually don't talk/type in game, you'd probably be banned eventually™. And if you do get banned or suspended, then the faulty system did everyone (you included) a favor.

Actually i understand the OP because i have to deal with quite some bad players too who often are like 0/15/1 at 20 minutes. If someone would feed in those games i would be pretty upset, too. I can remember one match where i would have smacked the keyboard, chair and even my whole desk and my car at the guy if he was sitting next to me.

The problem is that you just have to deal with feeders, may it be intentionally or not and you can't do anything about it. Flame at him and you get banned eventually. Leave and you get leaver buster. You just have to sit there and at least watch the whole drama unfold in the match. That guy just wasted 30 minutes of your life without you being able to do anything about it.

It feels like a torture chamber for 20 minutes where you are forced to sit down, waste your time, watch those I****s die over and over again. Then finally you hit the 20 minute mark and vote surrender. But it fails with 2 no votes. Then in chat you read "never surrender" and the torture goes on wasting your time and you can't do anything against it.

Sueing Riot won't help though.

Trust me on this, I don't care much for the people that program the game, as long as it's still running. It's the community that I hate and majority of the players that I've played with and against.

Also, what you're doing is basically no better than what the feeder is doing, you're both doing something stupid and bannable offense. Feeding (intentional or not) creates bad experiences for players, so does leaving the game; you're both equally guilty of 2 different crimes, so you both are equally justified to be punished. Though if you had stayed and just played the damn cancerous game, it would have only been the feeder reported (assuming no one makes any abusive remarks and whatnot).

Anyhoo, you're probably one of the most interesting salty cods I've seen on the boards. I hope you really do attempt to sue Riot and make headlines for everyone to just feel entertained.

You can feel that what you did was justified, but in the end, you are in the wrong. That's what all the comments are trying to tell you, but you just want to start a circle jerk (in this context, a AntiRiot circle jerk means that you call everyone who defends Riot's position an ass kisser. See context clues).

You can continue to leave games all you want, all it will do is increase the odds that I will never see you on the Rift.
