Left a game because of a feeder

Not too long ago, I was stuck in a game with a feeder and I left the gaming knowing it was going to be waste of time. If I get banned or get the leaver buster I am going to quit leauge and Im probably going to sue so I can get all the money that I have spent on this game. I enjoy playing leauge, but if im being punished because I get stuck with a troll feeder and I dont want to waste my time playing a 1 sided game.. then this game is not WORTH playing. Currently waiting for the result of the match.

EDIT: I didnt get banned, as I expected. For those who misunderstood (all of who commented), I was trying to make the point that if someone left because of a feeder, then this game is not worth playing, because who likes wasting time? Wait... those who commented do, apparently. Sucks to suck.

EDIT2: People, if you are stuck with a feeder, you are literally being forced (AKA: reported) to keep playing the game until 20min, only to find out that the feeder said no and some reject that thinks you are going to win to a fed team also said no. I dont like being forced to do anything, and if I want to leave a game because some reject decided to feed, then I WILL. And if I get banned for it, then this game IS NOT WORTH PLAYING.

So you willingly left a game knowing that there is a system that catches people who do that, and you're threatening to sue them for all the money you spent...Knowing that the ToS you agreed to voids any legal action you can take against Riot...

You can't sue for your money back. The content you purchase isn't owned by you and can be taken away at any time for any reason. Also you shouldn't give up when other people still want to try and win. That is selfish and rude.

Oh god, it's a super [-omitted-] kind of player, he definitely knows what he's talking about when he has little no ranked games and thinks he can sue Riot even know he agrees with the ToS every time he logs in after an update. I actually want him to be banned or punished by Leaver Buster just to see how he'll try to sue Riot.

I'll just paint a shitty picture for you with words. Imagine you're an average player in League, game starts and a team mate is feeding. Whatever, it's normals. Next thing you know, Lucian ragequits. You're now stuck in a 3v6 (I count heavy feeders as enemies) and you don't think you can win unless all of the enemies DC's or lags to oblivion.

Now, do you really want to play a 3v6 (assuming you're not the kind to leave a shitty game)? No one (usually) likes a heavy 3v6. It sucks ass, not fun and is a horrible game experience which Riot tries to prevent in its own way that not a lot of players like because it is faulty.

Leaving a game, whether it's intentional or connection issues, is as bannable as is feeding (intentional usually). Regardless of what you think, you had just made the game experience that much more worst by leaving a game even if the chances of winning are slim. So due to your selfish opinion of leaving the game to avoid playing with a feeder, you're justified to be banned like the feeder.

No amount of salt coming from you will make it possible for you to successfully sue Riot, skim the ToS after an update. Any money you spent means absolutely nothing other than you being able to legally obtain certain products legally and Riot has the power to take that away from you whenever and however they want if they find any reason to. Although I haven't fully read the ToS, I'm pretty sure that any legal actions taken against Riot will immediately result in your loss (someone got find out for me please).

TL;DR GGWP, get wreq'd if you get banned/punished

Also, I took a peek at your match history (2 ranked games 1-1) and I can safely say that you're a feeder in the game you played as Khazix , so by your "logic" you team mates should have left the game like you just did because you're a troll.

And at first, I thought you were just joking around and baiting responses. [zombie-brand-facepalm]

Well, considering how you act here on the board, I can't seem to think how much different you act in game. Unless you actually don't talk/type in game, you'd probably be banned eventually™. And if you do get banned or suspended, then the faulty system did everyone (you included) a favor.

Would you look at that. Its the kiss-ass rioters lovers. Would not expect any other kind of responses then the ones I have just read. If anyone were to get punished because someone decided to feed and so they left because they didn't want to waste their time.. THEN THIS GAME IS NOT WORTH PLAYING.
