Riot actually banned me for no reason....?

that's the original thread^. but let me explain this as thoroughly as i can. SO i've been playing this game for a very long time and I had a bad history of being toxic on the game. It resulted in me being banned on 3 seperate occasions. this time i made a new account, had disabled cross team chat and never spoke to anyone in the game. I simply would get on to play and nothing else. I was receiving honors out the WAZOO and for the first time i actually ENJOYED playing the game. I got to gold 3 in a matter of 80 games with a 65% win rate. then the next day i get on, and i am permanently suspended with no explanation given to me what so ever..? No email to my account, no warning, just nothing. I literally have no clue what I may have done to result in this ban. My IP address is totally different and I genuinely have no clue as to why i got banned? Has anyone experienced something similar to this or can suggest what i do? I submitted a ticket regarding the issue about 12 hours ago, but i still have no received a response.
