unjust chat ban

So dear Riot i have been unjustly banned from chat. I was being harassed by my team being called all sorts of names (really not good for someone on temporary disability for depression.) I harassed them back because I could not mute them in game and they bombarded me with insults literally to the point i was sobbing in game. I feel my chat restrictions for harassing some assholes on your game is unjust especially because muting them was not an option. I'd of much rather than admit being on temporary disability publicly had submitted a ticket but instead you told me to post to boards. to be berated in such a way by people online who have never had a ban isn't right, but a 30 game chat ban for being pushed to the point of tears and lashing back because I couldn't mute them in aram is ridiculous. I understand giving us all chat bans because I was in the wrong to, however I never would of acted in such a manner if your mute buttons worked in aram that game! So ideally i wish to have my chat ban completely removed due to technical error on your part, however because I was wrong I would be fine with even a 10-15 game chat ban due to me being toxic back at them after i was in tears. I played aram to have fun and get away from the toxic people that was all I've encountered for 3 days now.
