I was reported this morning for toxicity. I agree that I was being toxic. Throughout the day I have been keeping my cool, but disagreeing with people on issues. Based on how we disagree I get reported again. I didn't feel like I was being toxic at this point, but I kept my cool and stopped playing league for a few hours. I come back and then I get into another game. After failing to carry a game I get into a new game with some of the same team mates. I tell the person that I don't trust them in their role, but they get it anyway. They begin to play poorly again and then I decided to babysit that person. Throughout this last game I didn't make any toxic remarks. I stayed mid and I discussed strategy. At the end of the game I get reported a 3rd time for the day. The last offense was by FAR the least toxic and probably a false report, but I still got a notification/warning.

Onto my question: If I get reported for being toxic(guilty the 1st time), but the next games I get reported for less than toxic reasons; will my actual behavior in game be taken into consideration?

I remember back when we had the tribunal and I participated we were able to review every offense that a person had against them and made a judgement. Are you still doing this for your players? I have been playing since 2009 and have gotten my icon for good behavior every year it's available. I've never experienced something like this before. Is my overall behavior going to be taken into consideration, or am I going to have my full days worth of "toxicity" based on my 1st game?

you should be fine but these useless reports have been getting out of hand lately ive been seeing more of these threads as well and they all mean pretty much the same thing people suck those that report and those who go on these threads to down vote. try not to let it get to you and i hope you have a nice day.
