Why Did this Deserve a Chat Restriction

A kid called me a retard in game but I get punished. Sure, I probably talked to much, but nothing I said was remotely worthy of receiving any punishment. The current system is just encouraging me to mute all every game cause as soon as you type anything you get punished. Like cmon Riot. After 1 game, with 0 cussing on my part. Game 1 Melàncholy: inv? This is more like harassment and griefing your team, so it really did deserve a chat restriction...

Someone says they're gonna run down mid and calls you a retard. The system should account for that. If this is genuinely considered out of line then the community needs to stop being a bunch of snowflakes. This isn't even close to any definition of harassment.

The point is riot has implemented this auto ban system which should really only be banning for offensive language which should be the filters implemented with the asterisk in game. Other than that there seems to be 0 clarity on what the auto punishment system claims to be okay or not. By Riots own in game language filter what I said was fine, but the system still does a punishment. There needs to be clarity on # of comments you can say, or what not. By this system it would ban you for just saying anything whether it be good or bad, solely based on the number of endgame reports.

I report people all the time for bming, trolling, being toxic ingame.. Every once or so in a blue moon I actually see a message that the player I report gets punished... So yeah, I can see where you're coming from lol

I love the downvotes with no comments. I'm genuinely looking for info on how riot implements the autoban and theres literally nothing out there. But sure go ahead and downvote to feel like you helped the community.
