i always get perma banned for being an unsportsmanlike !

first of all if u are going to judge me pls don't write ur answers because it wont help me :) . i started playing league of legends since 2013 i can't reach diamond and plat elo like other players why ? : for exemple im playing jungle ( im gold 5 ) when i play normale game i can matchup with silvers and bronze so they keep dying every 2 min and i don't flame them . few minutes later they started blaming me as a jungler ( but they lost their lanes 1V1 ) so i flame them back and i get banned like every account i creat . thank you Riot games for no banning trollers and players who int and y just bann players who flame its unfair to get perma banned for flaming at least creat new rules like if someone flame he get 14 days chat bann it will be more helpful.

You do get multiple chat ban warnings before you get permanently banned.

Maybe after "multiple" permanent bans, you should just learn your lesson.

I mean riot perma bann flamers to don't annoy their team mates but they know that i will creat another account and i will flame again .. so its a waste of time at least remove the chat from my account T-T .

I hate playing normal games with low elo players like my last game i was 40 / 6 / 2 with zed and my mate flame me like when i die he call me noob zed 40 kills can't do anything . even if i report him he wont get banned but when i answer him i get banned :)

Maybe that's the problem then: someone insults you, then you insult them back, giving them exactly the kind of response that they wanted out of you. If you had responded in a neutral or positive manner or just not have responded at all you wouldn't have been punished for insulting another player.

Like Chermog said instead of expecting everyone else to conform to you and you alone try working on your own behavior for a change instead of worrying about responding to ragers and flamers. Also, Riot tried perma-mutes in the past and it didn't work as many people just resorted to trolling to vent their frustrations of someone, hence why the current system is in place now instead of that one.

So you know why you're getting banned. Why do you continue? You do understand that people can bait you to flame and then report you just to get you banned for flaming because it takes the focus off of them.

Don't take the bait. Let them flame you all they want and report them at the end of the game and then they'll get permabanned instead of you.

Don't sink to their level.
