Chat Restricted off 1 game?

I was chat restricted and only 1 game was shown in my logs, I thought they needed at least 3 to hand out a ban? Seeing as this was my first offense, I really dont think I should have be restricted after 1 game, as well as not being able to earn rewards throughout the entire season just because I had one little slip-up in a normal match..

It was not based off of one game. Unless your violations were particularly egregious, of course. Then that is to be expected.

It depends on level of your agression. Sometimes one game is enough for permaban.
