Please tell me this kid will get banned

it is. and he will be banned if he keeps this behavior up. but since there is a posibility of him just having a bad day he wont get banned immediately. but if he keeps this up he is rip :D

He'll get banned eventually as long as you reported him.

If you reported him then why even make a thread? It's pretty obvious this is a reportable offense and bannable if he continues to act in this manner.

lol that's actually pretty mild compared to the filth I've seen spewn. Did you report him? If not, then no he's not gonna be banned. If yes, then he's probably on his way to a time-out if this is consistent behaviour for him,
