Leaver Buster Problems

First of all, you should still be able to use the chat when you are waiting for your leaver buster. I have no clue why you can't in the first place. I get that people who leave games have been bad and need to be put in timeout but, really? You should at least be able to tell people who are spamming you with invites and messages that you are waiting for your leaver to end... Also, when you are waiting for the time to end it should save how much time you have waited. Sometimes people get disconnected from pvp.net and they end up having to wait their time all over again. This is especially annoying when you have to wait 20 mins. I know leaving is bad but some people have lives outside of video games or they have random problems such as power outages or faulty internet connection.
