Harrassment

I am so tired of seeing people say "report x" when all the player did was have a bad game. I was playing mid and we had our support typing "report kalista for feed" in all chat multiple times throughout the game when she was clearly still trying to play. This should be regarded as harassment and I think the community could use a solid PSA from riot stating clearly that the report feature is NOT for people playing badly. I've been playing league off and on since season 2 and it's ridiculous how people can't understand the difference between performing poorly in a game versus intentionally feeding. With one instance you have a bad player who's losing their lane hard but still attempting to play the game regardless and the other you have someone build 6 tears and run into the enemies fountain. How is it so hard for people to see the difference?

I just think that it should be a punishable offense for simply saying "report x" in all chat without any indication or blatant reason. Sure, if you have an afk there's nothing wrong with saying "hey, please report x for afk" but that's entirely different. There also just needs to be a strong PSA from riot which very clearly states that trying to get people to report someone for simply doing badly or calling others a feeder when it's not intentional is considered harassment.

If there is a PSA somewhere, feel free to send me a link. But it does defeat the purpose if it isn't made in a manner that's blatantly obvious to most of the community, not buried away in the rules. After so many years of confusion it's clear there isn't decent communication on the topic between riot and the community. It certainly didn't help that there was a poor performance report option for such a long period of time, but there definitely is not anymore.

My apologies if this seems like just a rant, I would just like for this problem to be properly addressed once and for all.
