What 3rd Party Program?

Hey, so I haven't ever actually created a discussion on these forums but I lurk around constantly to the point I could lose an hour of sleep or two to read through all your fantastic posts and comments. Anyways a little background before I get into this; I started late Season 3. I got into Silver 4, couldn't really play much in the short time left. Season 4 I got too Gold 2, again didn't really play ranked as much as I could have. Season 5 I got into Plat 3 and promos (that was my peak) before falling back a bit and ending plat 4. Season 6 Im currently sitting at Gold 2, kind of climbing up and down, I'm confident I can get out but today I had the wonderful opportunity of receiving a Permanent suspension due to the use of third party programs. Now I love Riot and I have full trust in their staff but this automated system has always worried me because I knew some day it'd come to haunt me as it has to many other innocent people before. I calmly checked my task manager and checked what possible program could have triggered a red flag (Please note I dont run many programs at all aside from Skype, Firefox (For pandora) and Xsplit for when I occasionally stream for a few friends/family. (My family are gamers and such). Ultimately I have no programs that are conflicting with league or anything that tampers with leagues game play. I sent in a ticket but I have a worrying feeling that I'll receive the typical bot response and there goes my account that I've spent 3 years+ bolstering up, nearly obtaining all the champions and over $800 in skins that I've purchased ( I know that Riot doesn't take that into account since if you've done the crime you're doing the time regardless of how much you've spent) but Im posting this here in hopes that maybe a Rioter can take a personal look into my account? I'm not the kind of person to go about wasting their time for a fake post, if I truly did have something running that wasn't acceptable then I'd like to know what it is, however to my knowledge I've not ran anything outside the usual being Skype or Firefox and there definitely isn't any illegal modifications that have happened to my League client.
