I was permabanned?

No reform card. Just got a 10 game chat restriction I rightfully deserved and I login to "permanently suspended"? Only thing I can think of was the salty player who added me to further flame me, for reporting him for hate speech after he impolitely called our jungler disabled in a very derogatory way, whom in private friendlist chat I cussed tf out. I thought friendslist you were able to say what you wanted? Lord knows prior tickets I submitted of players calling me the N word multiple times, support said nothing to be done since I accepted the friends request so I'm really confused.

Support ticket. Rioters rarely come here, and how we would know anything about your ban, yaknow? File a support ticket for sure. Hope you get some answers!

Your best bet is to wait on that support ticket. There are a few things that will warrant straight to perma-ban with 0 prior punishment such as credible real life death threat, personally identifiable information, doxxing, etc.

Their ban system is complete trash, don't even bother looking for a fair outcome because you'll never find one.

Does it say "Suspended" or "Banned"?

If it's suspended, that's usually because they detected someone else trying to get access to your account. You can send in a support ticket and ask them to look into it, most likely will just have to answer some questions to prove you're the original account creator.

They don’t typically punish for private messages, but they may when the behavior is extreme. Similarly, you don’t normally jump to a perma without getting a 2 week ban, but you can if your behavior is extremely negative.
